Paracetamol have th analgesic and antipyretic action. Caffeine its a CNS stimulating; at doses between 50 and 200 mg enhances the analgesic action of paracetamol, improves mood, decreases drowsiness, fatigue sensation and determines greater speed and clarity of thought.

Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 500mg and Caffeine 65mg.
