Within the framework of World Environment Day, Gramón Bagó inaugurated an innovative Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant. With this step, result of hard work with Sigmaplus Consulting’ advice with Dr. Hector García involvement, who represents the Dutch Institute IHE Delf (Institute for Water Education) and the support of Fundación LATU (Laboratorio Tecnológico del Uruguay).
Our main commitment is with the community; for this reason, we prioritize the searching for more environment-friendly treatments, providing sustainable solutions that benefit the environment and, at the same time, being efficient.
It is a system with advanced technology called Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) that stands out for showing high efficiency in pollutant removal, generating an effluent free of suspended solids. It is located in the technical area of the laboratory, by virtue of its compact design.
