As an exception, the MH may authorize for a patient who had received a specific prescription and under the responsibility of the treating physician, to import the product not registered in our country, when there is no pharmaceutical similar or equivalent registered.
This form of commercialization is called "compassionate use" according to MH resolution dated September 9th 2013.
In Gramón Bagó we are able to perform the import of these products from companies of our group or from represented ones. We know the importance of providing necessary medicine or medical product at the right time, so we pay special attention and priority to the efforts of importation, control and delivery when we operate under this modality. Our goal is to reach patients and users as soon as possible.
