Therapeutic Action
High blood pressure in all its forms and degrees of severity, especially in severe hypertension or hypertension resistant to therapy and in diabetics. Congestive heart failure in all its stages, as an adjunct medication, fundamentally to the post-load relief. It can be used both in the acute treatment as chronic. Useful in the myocardial infarction with predominantly systolic dysfunction and diabetic nephropathy. Nephroprotective and cardioprotective.
