How we make these commitments come true
We meet regularly in bipartite basis to treat concerns arose from the company and from collaborators, identifying solutions to problems and making agreements to optimize the work environment and processes.
We carry out frequent health checks including occupational pre-employment tests, and health cards.
We manage delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the availability of collective protection equipment necessary to perform each of the tasks and the necessary training for the proper use and maintenance thereof.
We train our employees and third parties, internally and externally on issues of interest.
We take into account risks to health and safety that may create the acquisition of new equipment, changes in existing processes and introduction of new products or technologies.
We develop action plans for safety emergencies and provide material and logistical means to carry them out, such as first aid kits, anti-spill kits, fire extinguishers and brigades training, among others.
